FOV Rules
Beginning with the 2010 season, FOV has adopted the California Beach Volleyball Association Rules for use in all of our leagues, tournaments and events. A copy of the rules can be downloaded below or you can go to www.cbva.com for more information.

- Serves must be bumped and cannot be passed with Open Hands, however Open Hands can be used to play a ball on the first contact after the serve if the ball is handled cleanly without a lift or double contact taking place.
