Frankfort Outdoor Volleyball (FOV) is a division of the City of Frankfort's Parks, Recreation and Historic Sites Department and was the first Association of Volleyball Professionals(AVP) sanctioned organization in Kentucky. Founded in 1979, FOV plays all of our leagues and tournaments on the white sand of Juniper Hill Park Volleyball Courts located on US 60 in Frankfort.

New Courts Put On Hold
Due to budget cuts for the City of Frankfort, the new volleyball complex is being put on hold until Fall 2011. The delay is due to the increase in the transportaton costs associated with the sand. the cost of the sand including transportation has doubled since the project was in the planning stages. Once the price of oil drops, work will begin again on the courts. Since the new courts are on hold, new posts will be installed at the Juniper Hill Courts before the 2011 season.
